Accessibility Statement
We want our tools to be usable by as many people as possible. Here's where we stand and how to reach us if something gets in your way.
Our commitment
We strive to align our design and development with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level as a target. That includes practices such as keyboard navigation, sufficient color contrast, readable text, descriptive labels, and support for assistive technologies where feasible. This is an ongoing effort across a wide and frequently changing set of tools, so coverage varies by page.
Known limitations
Some parts of the Service — particularly highly interactive tools (live scoreboards, timers, drawing-based counters) and third-party content such as advertising and embedded media — may not yet fully meet our accessibility target, and may behave differently with assistive technologies. We work to improve these over time. We have not completed a formal third-party conformance audit, so this statement reflects our own assessment rather than a certified VPAT/ACR.
Get help or report an issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information in a different format, email legal@digitaltallycounter.com or use our contact page. Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, so we can reproduce and address it. We aim to respond and, where reasonable, provide the information or function in an accessible way.
Organizations & procurement
If your organization needs an accessibility conformance report (VPAT/ACR) or specific accommodations for a deployment, contact legal@digitaltallycounter.com and we'll work with you on what we can provide.
