AI Quality Count · Simulated example

Count every item.
Check it three times.
Flag what is uncertain.

Most counting AI gives one answer per picture and hopes it is right. Verified counting gives every item several independent checks, takes the majority, and tells you plainly when it could not be sure. Watch it run on a simulated egg line.

Live · recorded timeline

Every egg, checked and counted.

Each dot above an item is one check. Its corners take the class colour and it gets a name when the checks agree. If it leaves before enough checks, it is flagged instead of guessed.

Section 01

      How it works

      Three steps, no blind trust.

      Section 02
      1

      Find each item

A detector puts a box on every item and gives it a number that stays with it as it moves, so nothing is counted twice and nothing is skipped.

      2

      Check it several times

Each item is looked at again and again, by independent checks, as it travels. Every check says what it sees and how sure it is.

      3

      Agree or flag it

When the checks agree, the item gets a verdict. When they do not, or an item leaves too soon, it is flagged unverified instead of guessed.

      Where it fits

Anything you count and have to trust.

Eggs here, but the idea is the same wherever a wrong count or a missed defect costs you.

      Section 03
      • Packing lines Count what goes in the box and flag the damaged ones.
      • Produce sorting Grade by size or blemish and know which grades are certain.
      • Parts and packages Tally items on a belt and send the doubtful ones to a person.
      • Inventory checks Count shelves from a camera and see where the count is shaky.

This page is a simulated example. The conveyor, the eggs and the checks are made up to show how verified counting works. No real images or customer data are used, and nothing on this page calls an AI.
