501 / 301
The classic. Count down to exactly zero, finishing on a double.
How it's scored
- Everyone starts on 501, 301 or 701.
- Enter your three-dart total each visit — we subtract it.
- Land exactly on zero to check out; double-out requires a double last dart.
- Overshoot or leave 1 on double-out and it's a bust — your score is restored.
- Win legs and sets to take the match.
Cricket
Close 20 down to 15 and the bull, then rack up points.
How it's scored
- Numbers in play: 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15 and the bull.
- Three marks closes a number; a double is two marks, a treble three.
- Score points on numbers you've closed while an opponent hasn't.
- Cut-throat flips it: points go to opponents and the lowest score wins.
Around the Clock
Race from 1 to 20 and the bull, in order. Great practice.
How it's scored
- Hit each number in sequence: 1, 2, 3 … 20, then the bull.
- Three darts per turn — tap Hit when you land your target, Miss otherwise.
- First to finish the sequence wins. Play solo to practise.
Count-Up
Add up your best scoring over a fixed number of rounds.
How it's scored
- Everyone throws once per round — enter your three-dart total.
- Scores only add up: no subtraction, no busting.
- Highest total after the last round wins. A friendly warm-up.
